Corporate Sailing is the ideal event to get your staff or customers afloat., it can be for small or large companies, local or from further afield who are staying at local hotels.

Corporate Sailing can take several forms, for example:

As a special thank you to a group of employees for a job well done on a project,
To act as an incentive to employees where the team-building aspect of sailing fits perfectly
As a competitive team-building exercise between companies or companies within a particular industry sector
To give as a thank you to your customers. It also fits in within the context of a larger conference or event to act as light relief or leisure sightseeing.

The Sovereign Harbour is an excellent venue for corporate sailing, at sea we have excellent views of the Eastbourne seafront, Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters depending on how much time you have available. For team-building events we would “match race” our yachts around the local racing buoys and pitch each crew or team against each other, with a prize giving event at the Waterfront quay when finished.

We can arrange a specific event for your needs, our events generally take the form of a half or full day’s sailing with or without catering, either onboard or in one of the Waterfront restaurants with catering also available at the new Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club.
Although we have sailing yachts available for these events we can also arrange to have motor yachts and RIB’s included for that extra special event.
